Express Condominiums on the Subway is a preconstruction project from Malibu Investments located at 4-6 Tippett Road in the Yorkdale Community. Not only is it steps away from the Wilson Subway station, Express Condos is also along the Allen Road and Highway 401 – giving you quick access to different parts of the city whether you choose to drive or take public transit. The development will have a total of 651 units with 3 towers; two will be 16 storeys and one 13 storeys. The amenities will include a  24 hours concierge, fitness centre, party room and more.

Under construction is the six-station underground subway extension from Downsview Station to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and it replaces the shuttle bus connection from Downsview Station to York University that carries a daily average of 20,200 riders. It will be the first subway line to cross a municipal boundary in the region and will support significant new development.

The subway will connect to other municipal rapid transit lines, such as Brampton’s Züm, York Region’s vivaNext YRT, and regional GO bus service at the Highway 407 station. It will be the longest extension to the Toronto subway network in almost 40 years.

Estimated completion date is end of 2017.
